Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (most orders on business days within 24 hours). Orders placed on weekends may take slightly longer.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 6-11 business days after processing, depending on your location and courier.

Free shipping on all orders. No minimum order value, no hidden costs.
Tracking your parcel
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has shipped.
Delays or missing orders
If you haven't received your order a week after the estimated delivery window, please email us at graftonandrowe@gmail.com with your order number.
Changing or cancelling an order
Contact us within 8 hours of placing your order. Once shipping has begun, changes can no longer be guaranteed.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a return
Email graftonandrowe@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) in question, and the reason for return. Returns must be approved before shipping.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
- A tracking code is required for all returns
- Intimate apparel and swimwear are excluded from returns
- Unapproved returns may be refused
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days, to your original payment method.
